discount price advertised, but discount vouchers not accepted

·1 month agoWhat do you mean by '2nd coupon'? If you are trying to combine more than one coupon then that would usually only be possible if one is provided by the seller and the other by eBay.

OP1 month agoItem shows price as £28.99, and beside it states "£18.48 with coupon code" so I attempted to buy. Only then did I discover 2 coupon codes. I added first, which brough price down to around £21, but when I attempted to apply 2nd coupon as stated it was refused -as stated only one coupon per item - so why show the offer only to refuse it. Item now sitting in my checkout - at wrong price, so won't purchase. Tried contacting eBay but its useless, as replies are all AI

·1 month agoJust use the coupon that should take it to £18.48
If you applied another coupon generally you can’t double discount so another coupon will no longer apply.
Remove the one that took it down to £21 and apply the other one

OP1 month agoThat doesn't work either as removing the 1st coupon returns it to £28.99, and 2nd coupon, is only for £3.50
