Hi I am encountering a number of repeated problems with sellers providing goods which are not compatible with the item purchased for e.g. batteries for ring cameras. When you ask for a refund & to return the item the seller tries to negotiate to avoid making a refund with repeated & ever increasing offers, 10% 30% then 40%. Either they think were idiots or they are. What is the use of an incompatible product? We know that the % offered will stop when they are no longer going to make an offer. Also another tactic seems to be collect only tha⁹t sellers suddenly seem to want to post to you when you cancel tge order. The seller then tries to get you to give them your postal address to send it to you. Again delaying & avoidance tactics. If this kind of thing isn't stamped out by ebay I shall stop using the site.
