·1 month agoThat's a very unusual situation. The only way to know for sure how a refund will go is to make a claim for item not received.

OP1 month agoYes ive in touch with the seller apparently UPS are not allowed to send perfume you would have thought the post office would have mentioned that when the seller declared what was in the parcel
