Broken item
I purchased an item on ebay which did not generate an order number and it did not show up on my purchases. The item was delivered broken and for the company to either send me another item or a refund they want me to send my address, which ebay will not allow as it is against the rules. How can this be resolved!!!

·2 weeks agoYou must have bought as a guest. Ebay's published guidance found under 'help and contact' will tell you how to get a refund.

It’s not possible for there not to be an order number, but you will have purchased as a guest.
