Balances Sept 5% coupon - was being applied automatically now not
Summary: wjl47555 asked why a 5% coupon, previously applied to their orders, is no longer appearing. kat@ebay explained these are eBay-funded coupons, which may not always display based on dynamic eligibility criteria and are not typically accompanied by published terms for sellers. Others, like car_570392, found the code BALANCESEPT still valid and shared a link to the promotion details. Users are sharing codes and experiences, but the specific terms remain internally managed by eBay.
Hello
last week or two my orders have had Balances Sept 5% coupon applied, but now not coming up. Any ideas why not? Anyone got the full T&Cs of that promotion, perhaps i maxed out or something. Thanks

OP1 month agoThanks. Yes but usually the full T&C of promotions and coupons are published. I thought I saw something saying was available until 15 Sept or something. Full T&C of similar promotion from last year are available. Do you know why not this time?

Hi @wjl47555 ,
The ebay funded ones don't usually have t's and c's published for the sellers. Eligibility would be internal to eBay as it can vary. It would be the co-funded ones that they would be available for.
Thank you,
Kat

Hi @wjl47555 ,
Thank you for your post.
These type of coupons would be eBay-funded buyer coupons. Their visibility on listings can change dynamically based on eBay’s campaign eligibility and display rules. If it was showing before and is no longer appearing, that does not usually mean you removed anything or that there is an issue with your account. If the listing meets the campaign criteria, it may show again while the promotion is running.
Thank you,
Kat
