Accidentally used my EBay balance instead of a voucher to pay for an item - Anything EBay can do? | Buying

I had a voucher for £50 off if I spent a minimum of £125. I thought it had been added to my account automatically but I now realise I have used my EBay balance which was £52; hence the confusion. The voucher has now expired as it is after midnight. Does anyone know if EBay would be likely to help me? Or would it be a waste of time to try? Also is there any way to talk to someone other than phone? I am partially deaf so I’m looking for an email of some sort if possible Thanks to anyone that takes the time to reply
