Evri (formerly Hermes) has lost literally dozens of my parcels over the years I've been shopping online. Last month there was a period where my household was left waiting over a month for 6 or 7 separate Evri parcels to arrive, all of which were delayed. There is zero recourse or assistance from Evri's non-existent customer service which mostly consists of AI chatbots.As a result of Evri's consistently abominable service, my family refuses to deal with Evri any longer. We do not purchase from retailers or sellers who only offer shipping via Evri.If you are a seller who only uses Evri because they are the cheapest option, I strongly advise you to offer your buyers alternatives, even if those cost slightly more. People are willing to pay to avoid the abject misery which comes from using Evri.If you only use Evri, you are losing business.
