Tva Vat and OSS message re germany
TVA and OSS numbers , despite being registered for Vat since 2021 in france and using the OSS service to pay EU vat every 3 months , i have received the "your account will be restricted in germany " message because we dont have your vat number , when you click on the link it takes you to the vat number page where it clearly shows my numbers , we used to get this all the time does anyone know how to shut it up ?

Since Brexit, it is no longer possible to transfer account history/ details between Country sites, therefore your early 1999 USA registration remains as Default despite having since changed your locations to UK/France addresses.
May need a newly registered French based account to overcome the inter site difficulties you are experiencing.

OP1 week agoHi Thanks for the answer , I originally registered on .com before there were any other sites and have continued 28 years plus , when uk site came up i listed there instead of the american site and moved to france when brexit happened still listing solely on the uk site , am french registered with siret , vat number and oss attached , i cant get an answer about why there asking for something clearly displayed ,i am hoping its a glitch do you think i should ask the states help pages ?
