The new international selling which is due to come into operation.
Now that the Global shipping is to stop and a new system is coming in its place could mean that E bay will this time get it right. In the post it is saying that the seller will receive proof of export. This will be a very good thing as it did not happen with the Global shipping system. The proof of export will need to be more than the overseas address of the buyer and a UK delivery address as this has been the situation up to now. I would like to know what form the proof of export will take. If it is done the way it should be done we will at last be able to start exporting again with E bay. We stopped using the Global shipping as HMRC did not recognise it as an export sale.
