Some of my listings only showing available to UK buyers.
Just had a customer from Denmark saying he can't buy an item he previously bought. Have checked this listing and it's only showing available to UK buyers.
Have checked a few of my other listings and some are showing available to other countries and some UK only so completely random. All have the same postage policy which has gsp enabled. So confused! Has anyone else had a problem with this?

·6 days agoMight be that some of your listings don't have the EU responsible person info added, or some other details are missing that have since become requirements to be shown in those countries.
