Shop Closure
Hi everyone,
I cancelled my eBay Shop on 29th August, as I thought the cancellation would take effect at the end of the month and my Shop would close from 1st September.
However, it’s now showing that my Shop won’t close until 1st October.
Does anyone know if I left it too late to cancel for September? Is there a cut-off period, such as needing to cancel a certain number of days before the end of the month?

·1 week agoHave you been charged for September subscription? Looking at the blurb for closing a shop ebay keeps the shop settings for 30 days incase there is a change of mind. Could this be what they mean?

·1 week ago@krafty-kreations happened to me, I called CS and explained I had no intention of using it I did get a refund- and it did stay available to me. @the_book_seekers is correct there is the 30 day wait. Just have to hope you get a decent agent..

OP1 week agoHi Bojangled, hope you are well, I spoke to someone last night , think he may of been Amercan and he said he didn't understand it, he thought like I did that it would end 1st September.
Not sure I have the energy for CS so will just leave it to run now.
