Shipping Charges Missing from Reports
Anyone is aware of any issues with reports?
For example, I sold 4 items during May and only 2 Postage Labels show up in the reports.
I usually purchase labels during first two days of a sale so any associated postage label charges should show up in the follow-up payouts. I do offer free postage for all my sales and purchase postage through eBay directly. This is always the case and definitely not a mistake that I forgot about.
If I go to order details, it still has Postage Label listed under Selling Costs. If I go to Postage Labels section it lists the label, price and shows the item as delivered. Yet, the charge is not shown in any of the reports even after two months since the sale. The payout matches to the Gross Sale minus Selling Fees. So where did this Postage Label charge go? It's not in the reports, not in the bank statements and not on PayPal. These are the only possible avenues that the charge could go through when purchased through eBay.
I am struggling if to include this for tax purposes or not as it's showing as a sale cost under order details but is not showing in the reports at all.
