Second Chance Offers visible to all as buy it now
Summary: anaships is frustrated with an issue where their second chance offers are visible to all buyers on a platform, resulting in non-approved buyers attempting to purchase and subsequently being told they must be pre-approved. Despite contacting support and reporting the bug, the problem persists. davrman offers a link to a discussion addressing the issue, although it's currently broken and inaccessible.
Why when I send a second chance offer is it visible to everyone? They get the option to "Buy It Now" yet when they try to buy it they then get a message telling them "Only pre approved buyers can purchase this item, contact the seller to be added to their list"
I am constantly getting emails from people being asked too be added to a list that does not exist. This has been going on for months and I have lost count of the number of times I have contacted eBay's support with regards to the issue, sent so many screenshots yet despite them finally admitting there is a bug nothing seems to being done to fix the issue. Anyone else have the same issue. I have seen one thread with regards to it but the link is now broken and it cant be read.
