I understand that Ebay and Royal Mail have signed contracts with each other for Simple Delivery, and that appropriate letters/parcels are marked MARKETPLACE SELLER, but surely they should be at least tracked the same even if delivery might be a little quicker for SD?I sold 6 items over the weekend before Xmas on this account - postage paid and posted Monday morning via my local Post Office as I support my local businesses where possible.I sold one item on my personal account the weekend before Xmas using Simple Delivery - posted the same time as above. All items are Tracked 48 Large Letter The Simple Delivery tracking showed - Sender has despatched item, accepted at the Post Office, received the following day by the North West Super Hub, then received by Chelmsford SO, and delivered by my buyers local delivery office on Christmas Eve. Excellent service I think we can all agree. My 6 items haven't even been accepted as posted - tracking shows Sender has despatched item. Already had one customer querying where their parcel is.
