Refunds still showing as processing over 18 hours
Anyone else finding that refunds are taking longer to process,I have one processing since around 7pm (24th of August) and one from this morning from around 10.45 am....usually refunds process within perhaps 15 minutes or sooner .

·3 weeks agoYes, I have a return delivered today and I can't even refund, its showing as delivered but no option to refund.

·3 weeks agoSounds about right, I had to do one a few weeks ago on my business account and that took ages, strange because there was enough funds in my ebay to pay it but they took some from my bank and some from my ebay funds.

·3 weeks agoI refunded a buyer on the 21st August. My bank tells me the funds are being taken tomorrow, 26th August.
No delay with actioning the refund on the order itself but handing the funds back over is painfully slow.

OP3 weeks agoThe strange thing is that a refund went through as normal around 30 minutes before ,now two are still processing,funds held on the eBay account,so the bank was not part of the process.

·3 weeks ago · EditedI’m surprised you say that because with mine I had pending funds from another sale and they didn’t offset those they ringfenced the refund balance and are taking it in full from the card information they have on file.
I haven’t refunded for a long time before this so I don’t have any other examples to go off unfortunately.
