Hi can anyone list today. Ive been trying to create new listings today but when I try and add photos it won't add any. I've been trying for the last hour. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks

·1 month agoYep, ditto! Thought it was just me! I have listings up with just one photo when it did upload but half dozen listings that are stuck in draft folder. Would use mobile but all my pics are on desktop & I refuse to go through & do them all again as I've wasted enough time as it is!

Yes, same issue and I checked the technical board where it has been flagged. But one of the messages on there suggests ebay have, unbelievably for a site wide issue, advised 48-72hrs for resolutions 🙈

OP1 month agoWhat a joke, I've just tried to list on private account too and thats the same. Oh well off I will list it all on vinted as that site works!!!

·1 month agoYeah, I'm left working on a different site now too - though hopefully that will offer some protection against these constant issues. You've got to wonder how long eBay can limp on like this 🤦♀️

OP1 month agoJust an update , its letting me list items on the mobile app and upload photos so can list that way instead just not on PC

OP1 month agoYeah I've been in touch with them too and they said 24-48hrs to me so I then said am I gonna get part of my shop subscription back for the 2 days that I can't list as this site is now not fit for purpose and they are not providing what we are paying for. Needless to say I got no answer to that!!!

OP1 month agoThe other thing is why are us the customer having to find a work around listing for example I have been on the mobile and app and found I can still list from there. Why are ebay not putting a message out saying this to all their paying customers. What a shambles. What are they getting paid for?
