Hi, Buyer selected Morrisons store pick up point as delivery location but the package has been returned back to me saying 'refused by customer'. There is an INR case open. So am I now forced to refund buyer and lose the postage cost I paid? Seems rather unfair! Would appreciate any help with this. Many thanks
