So the system is set up so that if buyer say from the US if interested in 3 separate items and you send them offers the system makes them pay for each one individually and pay full postage on each. I know this puts a lot of people off proceeding as whilst on every listing we say we will refund overpaid postage people don’t read the small print. Also as far as customs this also causes problems with royal mail using the exported ebay data as you cannot combine multiple ebay orders using click and drop so the customs data is mismatched, Ireland for example just return them., the data on the customs deceleration has to match the imported data - you either have to send them separately or wing it Why cant ebay allow the international buyers to request an invoice, it would - Increase sales and revenue for sellers and EbayBy combining the order ensure this is accurate for customs.Reduce seller time having to refund overpaid postage If you agree with this add a comment, also if anyone has raised it with ebay before I would be interested to know what they said.
