Hi all, my name is Luke and I run The Juque Collection — a UK-based store focused on pop culture, collectables, retro games and consoles, and giving items a second life by rescuing broken tech, fixing it up and keeping it out of landfill.
I am currently doing a full store reset ahead of peak season. Really looking forward to connecting with other sellers and being part of the community!

·1 week agoAs advised you first need to change your private account to a business account to be registered to sell correctly
Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

·1 week ago · EditedYou have posted on the business seller board with a private account. You need to upgrade to a business account to run your business on ebay. Having a shop is not the same thing.
Please make that part of your reset.
