Hi, I have had a buyer open a INAD case more than 30 days after delivery claiming the item 'arrived damaged'. When I messaged them to check what the issue is they say the jacket doesn't fit. I have a 30 days return policy. I have been given the option of accepting or rejecting the return. Why is the buyer allowed to open a case more than 30 days after delivery and what happens if I do nothing and ignore the request? Would appreciate any help or suggestions on what to do.
