I can't pass the biometric identification required to upload my drafts, please help!
I can't pass the biometric identification required to upload my drafts. I see the option to not use biometric verification at all, and actually to upload photos of my bank statements. This is convenient for me, however when I try to proceed with this option I am stuck with a error notification that states I have already began biometric identification process, therefore I cannot go back and verify my identity without using biometric identification.
Ebay support are unable to assist me really, besides suggesting that I wait 48 hours or try to do it on another device. Both did not work. I was then told that I must wait 30 days from now and perhaps it will reset.
How can I skip past this restriction red banner, or get through it.. without having the physical ID card needed to show the camera? I have scans of my photo ID , and bank statements also.
Last resort here as support have no further advice for me :(
