Constantly getting kicked out of ebay on y PC and getting error messages these yesterday and today already. I have to shut my browser down and wait 5 mins and come back. Get it sorted ebay!!!!

OP1 week agoAnd again, messages all day. Can't list anything. I' having to log out and log back in at least 4 times every time I get this message when trying to list. This has been happening all day yet funny how I can list on my private account with no issues whatsoever. All these problems only seem to be happening to business accounts.

·2 weeks agoI am having the same problem nearly every time I try to sign in and it has been going on for weeks. I am using Firefox. If I select the go to home page I get taken to the .com site and asked to sign in again. I have tried with and without my add blocker. My most successful way of getting into eBay is through my saved search emails, if I check about 12 of them then I can usually get signed in. At least I no longer have to complete a captcha after signing out otherwise it keeps me signed in.

OP2 weeks agoat least I'm not the only one. And yes I have tried restarting and closing my computer down fully and nothing works, its still happening now.

·2 weeks agoYour attempts to use Edge, Chrome or Firefox seem to be unsuccessful --- Try a restart and direct login to ebay.co.uk homepage using any of the named browsers using a PC/Laptop.

OP2 weeks agoStill happening to me with these error messages, is no-one else getting these or is it just me? Its taken me half and hour to actually get the ebay page to load on my Mac today and it doesn't matter whether I use safari or google chrome, its the same on both. I've also removed all my history/cache and cookies to see if this helps but no. Every other site I go on works except for this and all I get from ebay customer service is us the app. Try trying to run a business using the app, you can't do half the stuff on the app.

OP3 weeks agoAnd again getting these same messages again today, whilst listing. I have tried using google chrome and clearing all my history but it's still the same, sort it out ebay!!! Might explain why no sales again today. Can you take me off the server that you obviously keep messing with.

I was unable to log in at the weekend, and this morning also. My guess is it's a misconfiguration between servers during login. Sadly, poor web design in terms of accessibility is forever a common feature across the Web.
I don't see any indication that it could be a cyberattack on them either. There's no reported connection issues, latency, etc. It only seems to be affecting us logging in.

Try Chrome or Edge to see if the problem persists ?.
