eBay say i'veviolated our member-to-member contact policy. They've sent me the email address that I'm supposed to have sent it to but i can't find a way of searching for the message to see what is wrong. The email address does come up in messages so where should I look?

I often get these type of warning messages from eBay, possibly 1 or 2 every few months and have never been able link the message the warning relates too. I have not been overly concerned because I know with certainty that I have not violated eBays member to member messaging rules. As one or two of the previous replies suggested I have rightly or wrongly put it down to the courier contacting with the buyer.Next time I get a warning message as @4_bathrooms suggested...
