eBay fees

Just checked and my sales since yesterday are £185 but it shows balance is only £75 when i look at transactions/fees i see auto relisted items cost seems to be high but i have a shop so should be free apart from ones in 2nd catagory, also one item shows fees as £9.12 for promoted priority but i have a limit of £10 per day and this item has not sold , tried to contact eBay but says live support currently unavailable which is unusual.
The amount taken from my sales is shocking and has to be wrong so check yours people.
Anyone have a possible explanation?

·3 weeks ago@the_brick_lodge is right. There was a thread about insertion fees basically going feral and just multiplying over and over again - it was an acknowledged glitch. So check you have no duplicate insertion fees.
Aside from that, if you have taken part in an ebay coupon - your share of the discount will arrive roughly 6 weeks later and be taken in one hit ie will be listed as one fee per coupon including all sold items (as opposed to lots of small fees).

I'm sure I read of someone being charged insertion fees when they shouldn't be, I assume you have the middle shop so have plenty of listings left?
