ebay customer service and payment on hold for tracked parcels delivered 2 weeks ago
Summary: boomltd is having issues contacting eBay customer service regarding payments on hold for tracked parcels delivered over two weeks ago. cobwebcottage suggests repeatedly typing 'agent' in the chat for help, but reports frustration with a call back that never occurred. adders31 shares additional frustrations about lost and delayed listings, humorously suggesting renaming the site due to frequent glitches. sheba-knows-best notes that the service seems to be working again.
Hi,
Any idea how to contact ebay customer service, I only have chat option, which doesn't work.
Need to contact ebay in regards of payments on hold for fully tracked parcels which was delivered 2 weeks ago and according to ebay I will receive the payouts 2 days after delivery, all delivered over two weeks ago, still no payout.
Can you please advice how to contact ebay?

OP1 week agoThank you, I couldn't get to that stage due to ebay glitch for hours, but finally in the afternoon I had chat and call back options available, so I requested the call back, sadly the agent didn't had a clue what I was talking about and according to her it's now absolutely normal for sellers to wait 30 days for the payments from ebay if shipped untracked and 2-3 days from delivery if shipped via fully tracked service. Any other business seller don't have to wait for the payouts, just we do...
