ebay Concierge gone missing?
HI , anyone who has ebay concierge is it still working ? i could contact thm straight away usually to ireland but was a brilliant service just tried now cant contact them till 1pm till 6am which probably tells me it will be with someone from the other side of the world ?
if someone could confirm or if maybe its just a glitch for now.ncierge

·2 weeks agoNot a glitch. There was an old thread on this (maybe a year ago? time flies...).
Many of us who had enjoyed concierge for years had the service removed without announcement (some who had even been given life time membership of concierge as part of an ebay prize/award).
It was a blow to many and I'd say a home goal to ebay as concierge was generally used by experienced sellers who only bothered with it when it was a proper difficulty that couldn't be unravelled without help - so was rarely used - but offered a lot of peace of mind. Getting rid of concierge, in my opinion, probably saved pennies but lost enormous goodwill from great sellers ebay could do with if it wants to compete...
If I were you I would phone at 1-5pm in the hope of Ireland. Let us know how you get on? Curious to see if the service is as good as it used to be...
