ebay agent deleted revised invoice so now have to post at lower price

so sent him a invoice with increased charges, 1st it wouldn't let me revise invoice then when done a call back suddenly the invoice went through, then today buyer paid and he paid at the lower price, so ebay agent deleted my revised invoice
