Don't Give Up On Late Delivery Removals
If you think a late delivery is wrong and you want it removed don't accept the online response .
I had 2 late deliveries this month which should not have been on the list but trying to have them
removed took 5 telephone calls and use of the online system to ask for removal before I managed to
talk to someone who agreed with me.
The online system has never worked for me and I have always the online decision reversed but what
a waste of everyones time.
If you think you have a late delivery which is wrong and have proof of when the package was posted
don't give up......
