Hi all,Quick question for other business sellers.When a parcel goes missing or shows delivered but the buyer says it hasn’t arrived, do you still go through the courier claim process every time?Or have you reached the point where it’s easier just to refund and move on?I’m curious how people handle this now, especially with claim rejections and the time involved chasing them.Do you still claim consistently, or only above a certain order value?
