I'm trying to set up a business account for a charity. The system has checked the charity commissioner records and we have 16 trustees. It's now asking for all trustees name, home address and DOB. Surely this is completely over the top and excessive sharing of personal data?
Has anyone else managed to get them to accept 2-3 key officers instead? Also how on earth do I contact them about this process, I can only interact via the messaging system there seems to be no way of discussing this with ebay?

It just states ' trustees information'. It is part of KYC and they are within their rights to request this.

There was this post from a while back who did say they contacted customer services and got them to confirm one was OK - but I was surprised by this. Whether they did get the account setup is hard to say. I'd also note this was months ago - so the policy may have changed since.
