Combine shipping of Authentication guarantee items?
Summary: goldenlolly inquired about the possibility of combining shipments for items sent to eBay's authentication guarantee team. They wish to individually wrap and label each item with AG codes but send them together in one parcel to save on postage fees. Currently, the system doesn't allow using the same tracking number for multiple items, leading to higher shipping costs.
Hi, I often ship multiple items to Ebays authentication guarantee team.
i understand each item needs their id code and therefore i have to ship each one in a new parcel, i was wondering if these can be combined, eg individually wrap and label each item with AG codes and then post them all together?
ive tried entering the same tracking number to multiple items and it doesnt allow that, so i am currently paying aprox £10 an item postage, combining these would make me a significant saving.
Value wise i have my own business insurance that can supersede the values from Royal Mail Special Delivery

·3 weeks agoI don't think that's possible as you would have only 1 tracking number.
I would have thought that your buyer's would be paying postage anyway, somehow, even if you include it in the price per item.
