Brand new seller account automatically restricted
Hi there - I have just set up a brand new Ebay Business seller account - I have done everything needed ie paid for the monthly subscription shop, ebay managed payouts, debit card, id etc - and the account is auto restricted from doing anything. It says to reinstate i have to go to the Ebay msg in the inbox which i have and I am going round in circles with an AI bot that tells me its restricted and to go to my ebay msgs - can anyone help a newbie?

·2 weeks agoIn the chat box, keep typing in 'speak to an agent' until you get the option for a call back. You will have to confirm your phone number on the second prompt.

OP2 weeks agoIm on my third call back - each time they say they'll put me on hold and be back in 2 minutes - then the line goes dead - third time lucky hopefully

·2 weeks agoHave you got a private account too? If so, you will need a different e mail address and best to link it to a business bank account.
