Bogus "Not As Described" Case

A buyer has returned a hair-clip they feel is "not as described", describing the metal as "coarse" and "not smooth as pictured".
I was sent images which are essentially the same as those in my listing.
I feel the item is as described and as pictured. I've sold numerous of these over a long time and there's never been an issue.
I have no problem with a buyer returning an item within 30 days. However, I do have a problem when I'm expected to pay for eBay's already expensive return label under what I consider false pretences.
What are my options here please? Thank you in advance for any advice or suggestions.

·1 month agoLOL. Your options are to set up a proper business rather than fishing around for scraps on Ebay. Just like the rest of you bargain basement types that sell on here.

·1 month agoYou have no option at this stage other than to accept the return. Once the item is returned then if you feel that the buyer has falsely claimed the item as not as described or they return it in a used or damaged condition then there are seller protections available to you.
