I purchased an ebay royal mail tracked 48 label weeks ago. Customer opened an INR saying not delivered which I believe as the tracking has not updated past the point of 'Tracking number provided'. Looks like its not scanned in or anything. How will I stand with the INR as it was an ebay label? Checked royal mail it says tracking will only update once attempted delivery has been made!! Truly shocking service by royal mail. Anyone got any advice?
