active listings without shipping option or returns policy

as i am going trough refreshing a bunch of my older listings that i took down when i downsized shop or updating older active ones tinkering at the photos or dropping the price i have noticed several of them would not let me change the price in the quick edit as it comes up with " no returns policy selected " and at the same time those also come up with a blank shipping option . i have noticed it before on about 1 in 10 listings in the last month that it was gone . lets face it the options were there when i made them otherwise i would not have been able to list them in the first place.
i figured out it contributes to the serious drop in sales i had this year as they stay active and renew on my end but i imagine can't be bought by buyers as it shows no shipping or return options or do not even show at all , has any one else had issues with this ?

I've been having very regular customers asking why I'm not shipping to "name your country". Had a look at the listings to find that whilst I have ship to EU ticked Ebay are not showing items to any EU buyers. Tick the individual box for Germany etc as well & they can. my "Send to other locations" gets changed from Worldwide to either None or Ireland + 4 others with one of those 4 being a country I don't ship to.
Use sell similar & sometimes it carries the right options forward & sometimes not.
The other week couldn't understand why I wasn't getting bids on some auctions turned out my postage had become Collect only which I have never used.
Still at least as a Business seller I'm not paying any fees or subs .....oh wait

·1 week agoIf I go into a listing to edit it, on most of my older listings the postage exclusions are all changed to ticked, and I have to untick them all.
If I look at a listing as a buyer would, those exclusions aren't applied (before I edit it).
Same with the free postage box, that often unticks by itself when editing.
A few weeks ago I noticed my location had changed for a batch of new listings. No idea how that happened as I copied my listing with the correct location.
I now end up checking everything carefully before submitting in case eBay has decided to change something I hadn't asked for.

·1 week agoThis morning "Send other locations" is for a change showing Europe (inc UK) + 1 - the 1 being Greece. Is that now located outside Europe? and I also don't send there.
I've noticed my location keeps moving as well - the other day I was in Bristol then Quedgeley near Gloucester.
One thing that seems consistent is if I change something with my exclusions then Other locations changes from Worldwide to none.
I may be wrong but it seems a coincidence that Ebay are trying to roll out their International Shipping when we start seeing these glitchs.

I just had a problem enabling promotion on listings. There was no box to set the percentage.
Also had a glitch where items descriptions were blank.
Left it a while and went back and it was OK.
Your problem sounds like a similar thing where bits of listings aren't working, and I wonder if it's related to yesterday's problem with listings not being active.
The whole site has been flakey for me in the last few days, even more than usual.
If I spend more than a few minutes doing anything on the site I'm encountering problems.
