As my sales virtually stopped and my cost of sales was over 70%, I have opened a new account. Been selling for a couple of weeks, but today I have been notified that my account has been restricted as i haven't provided tracking numbers for items posted today. This is only for items posted today. The postage was purchased through Ebay, and my account will be restricted for 30 days until these items are assumed to have been received.
I have never had this issue before when purchasing postage through Ebay. Is anyone else having a problem ?

Yet in your post you state that you are still selling so the banner ,on this account,stating you are away, doesn't tally.

I'm guessing your new account is registered as private which Ebay may have spotted.

·1 month agoWith a new account you start afresh --- New sellers should be aware that they are liable to have listing limits and payment holds for 14 and up to 31 days as per policy --- check that your your Banking details are still up to date here >
