Hi everyone,I am posting here because I am running out of options and would really appreciate advice from experienced sellers, or from anyone at eBay who can point me in the right direction.I have been selling on eBay for around 12 years through my business account. eBay has been my main selling platform and I built my business around it.Before this restriction, I was an eBay Top Rated Seller with 100% positive feedback, around 1.6K followers, approximately 4.5K items sold, and no negative feedback in the last 12 months. My recent feedback showed 395 positive, 1 neutral, and 0 negative. My detailed seller ratings were almost perfect: 5.0 for accurate description, 4.9 for postage cost, and 5.0 for delivery time. I also had no previous account defects and my seller metrics were at the top level.My account has now been restricted for alleged counterfeit policy issues, but I strongly believe the restriction has not been properly reviewed. A major part of the problem appears to come from WebInterpret mirrored listings. I had around 4,000 core UK listings, but WebInterpret mirrored them across multiple international markets, creating tens of thousands of duplicated listings. This means one real UK item could become many international listings and potentially many duplicate policy flags, especially where translations, stale listings, or ending failures were involved.I have provided evidence many times, including receipts, item photos, authentication evidence, examples of inconsistent appeal outcomes, and my strong seller history. In some cases, one version of an item was accepted or reinstated, while mirrored versions of the exact same item were rejected. This makes me believe my account may have been judged by inflated duplicate/mirrored removals rather than the real number of unique items or the actual evidence.The most frustrating part is that I cannot get a clear or consistent answer from eBay. Different agents have told me different things: some say I cannot appeal, some say my appeal was denied, and others repeat generic policy wording. I still cannot get access to anyone from the restriction team who can properly review the full history and evidence.This has effectively stopped my business. I can no longer sell, my listings are hidden, and I have even been restricted from normal buyer functions such as messaging sellers or making offers, even though I was told I could still use the account for buying. I have also continued facing shop/subscription/business account charges during periods where the account was restricted and not usable properly.Has anyone else experienced anything similar with WebInterpret mirrored listings, duplicated international removals, stale translated listings, or account restrictions caused by duplicate marketplace listings?Does anyone know how to get this reviewed by the correct eBay restriction team or a senior human reviewer? I am not asking for special treatment — only for a fair review of the full account history, evidence, seller metrics, WebInterpret issue, and duplicated policy flags.Any advice would be really appreciated.
