At eBay, we’re committed to making our policies clear and our services easy to use. We wanted to let you know that we’re updating our Payments Terms of Use, effective from 5 April 2026.
We’re revising the Payments Terms of Use to better describe the services we provide to you. eBay Commerce UK Limited is now an authorised electronic money institution, and we have made changes to reflect this in the Payments Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to the proposed changes, you may terminate these Payments Terms of Use, pursuant to Section 12 (“Term, Termination”), at any time before 5 April 2026.
