For defects we identify to be a result of the Easter delivery date issue, these will now be removed monthly ahead of the monthly seller performance evaluation.
This also applies for ‘item not received’ requests on eBay.co.uk, low detailed seller ratings (DSRs) and/or negative/neutral feedback left by buyers as a result of this issue.
The monthly removal process takes into account the fact that buyers may not open a case, or leave low DSRs or feedback immediately. There will be two monthly cycles to process any removals before your May evaluation (which includes April transactions).
