Temporary disruption: shipping services to selected Middle East destinations
Due to ongoing regional developments, some couriers have suspended or limited delivery services to certain destinations in the Middle East, including:
- UAE
- Israel
- Saudi Arabia
- Qatar
- Kuwait
- Bahrain
- Oman
- Jordan
As a result, eBay will suspend shipping services to these destinations, including shipments through the Global Shipping Programme (GSP), where applicable. Please ensure you check the latest delivery information if you are managing your own international sales.
Additionally, this will affect transit times to Asia and Australia. We will manage the impact by extending estimated delivery days and closely monitoring the situation.
There are currently limited shipping options for sellers to fulfil sales to these locations, and buyers in these destinations may be temporarily unable to purchase certain items on eBay until stable shipping services resume.
As a seller, if you currently have items in transit to any of the destinations listed above, please note that these packages may experience significant delays or may be returned to you. We recommend regularly checking tracking information for the most up-to-date status.
If your business is impacted, eBay will automatically protect your seller performance. This includes:
- Your late delivery rate
- “Item not received” cases due to late delivery for Service Metrics
- Defects resulting from transactions you cancelled
- Negative or neutral feedback related to impacted transactions
These seller protections will apply retroactively to transactions to the affected destinations from 28 February 2026.
eBay will continue working closely with shipping couriers and relevant authorities to protect buyers and sellers around the world and ensure continued compliance with all applicable regulations.
We will share further updates as more information becomes available.
