What is the Certified Recycled programme?
eBay Certified Recycled is a strategic initiative that we’re investing in to support the industry and improve buyer trust in green parts through a certification programme for professional sellers of recycled automotive parts.
Certification includes an independent assessment of a recycler’s policies and procedures. It’s aimed at ensuring that every reclaimed vehicle part has been accurately identified, recorded, tested and graded. The operation of a robust quality management system, coupled with completion of a mandatory parts grading training course, forms the backbone of the scheme.

The programme is designed to help you reach and appeal to insurance-approved repairers through the BS10125 standard that's included in this certification.

Become a Certified Recycled seller
To become certified, you’ll need to meet the Vehicle Recyclers Association Certification (VRAC) conditions for entry and pass the verification process.
Your eBay seller standard also needs to be at least "Above Standard" for you to qualify to sell as a Certified Recycled seller on eBay
