Seller protections for deliveries impacted by severe weather conditions November 2024
Following on from our recent post on deliveries impacted by severe weather conditions in November 2024, we wanted to give you an update.
To help reduce the impact on your business caused by the above weather events, eBay will automatically protect your performance on affected transactions between 19 November to 26 November 2024. This covers:
- Your late delivery rate, which will be removed for affected orders between19 November to 26 November 2024
- Your “item not received” count in your service metrics dashboard
- We will also remove any negative and neutral feedback relating to or arising from late or non-delivery as a result of the weather issues above.
If you’re located in an impacted area, please rest assured that issues that are out of your control will not affect your performance on eBay.
