Hello,
Royal Mail recently announced their Medium Parcels Promo which will run from 17 July 2017 to 16 October 2017 and we want to explain how these discounts apply to eBay sellers.
During the promotional period, eBay sellers can take advantage of these great discounts by selecting these services and purchasing postage labels on eBay.co.uk:
· Send a Medium Parcel between 2kgs and 5kgs for only £6.29, reduced from £13.75.
· Send a 2nd Class Signed For Medium Parcel (2kgs – 5kgs) for £7.29, reduced from £14.75.
Prices for parcels paid for over the counter at a Post Office can be found here .
There are always benefits to shopping around for the best service for you and your customers, particularly when it comes to larger/heavier items. We’ll do our part by making available offers from a range of carriers - some with large discounts - using our postage label service .
Our Postage Estimator will be updated to reflect the changes that Royal Mail is introducing during the promotion period, but please take into account that this only applies if you sell your item and purchase postage before the end of the promotion period. This tool also reflects the services that are available on our postage label service and displays the postage discounts currently available.
We recommend that you check out the new postage costs for your items using our Postage Estimator to ensure that you are up to date about the changes on 17 July.
Bear in mind that if your item sells after the promotion ends, the standard (non-promotion) price will apply when you purchase postage.
Regards
The eBay Team
