We let you know on 18 February that we’re protecting your account until 20 May from some late deliveries. This protection applies when you use Royal Mail Tracked/ Royal Mail Signed For services, due to the fact that we currently receive incomplete tracking information for these services.
We’re extending this protection until 31 August, while we work with Royal Mail to make sure we have the most accurate data possible.
That means when you use Royal Mail Tracked/ Royal Mail Signed For services and upload a valid tracking number, we’ll continue to protect your account from late deliveries. Only late deliveries made on or after 1 September may count towards evaluating your seller performance standard.
