This week, from 24 Oct we’ll launch a change to the eBay header, in response to customer feedback.
Through customer research, we learned that the current title ‘Customer Support’ in the header isn’t particularly clear. Customers weren’t clear that this is where they should go for help as well as to contact eBay Customer Support. So, we’ve listened to our customers and have decided to make the eBay header clearer by renaming ‘Customer Support’ to ‘Help and Contact’.
We hope this change will make it even easier for our customers to find help and resolve any problems.
