From 1 January 2015, new EU legislation is changing the way VAT is charged on electronically supplied services, such as your eBay fees.
We’re not changing your private seller fees as a result of this new EU legislation.
The UK fee page for private sellers will show that UK VAT of 20% is included in the fees for listings on or after 1 January, but the overall fee that you pay will not change.
