Question payment on hold in Selling on eBay DND

ok so my payment is on hold as tracking says in transit. thank god seller is honest and has the item and has given feedback. but my payment is on hold as tracking says IN TRANSIT! what can i do to get it to say delivered ???? buyer has left feedback and has item it is royal mail tracking that is wrong here.

PayPal tend to place a twenty-one day hold on payment for all new sellers, as well as those returning to selling after a significant period of inactivity as a seller. Therefore, the payment will be withheld until either the tracking updates to prove that the item has definitely been delivered to the address that PayPal told you to post the item to, or until twenty-one days has passed, whichever comes first.

cheers. i talked to ebay a guy in india and he said it would be sorted by Monday as he can see it was delivered due to the positive feedback left. but either was i guess it's a waiting game. Thank you m25jet.
