no sorry, we can't provide tel numbers

it really isn't a good idea to accuse buyers of lying, it can be very difficult to send photos to a seller

instead of accusing them of lying won't don't you provide them with step by step instructions on how to send a photo

It is best to know all the facts before passing judgement on someone's Post.
Having been a Member for over 17 years, I like to think that I know what I am doing, and until this morning was at 100% Feedback, with my DSR's at 0% across the Board!.

I sent numerous messages to this Customer giving Detailed Instructions on how to Send a Picture, ether by Mobile Phone, Ebay messaging or EMail, all of which she said she could not do. I then offered a Full Refund or Replacement, upon Return, at my Cost, or simply Replacement of the Part that was Damaged, if she sent the Picture to show me what would need Replacing, but she Declined, or stated that she could not do that.

Would you keep a Damaged item if you were offered a No Cost Replacement or Refund upon Return, if she could not send a Picture, I dont think So.

I always speak to Ireland if I get any problems, but it is proving more difficult than normal at the moment, I will keep trying Thanks anyway for your helpful Response..

Ebay can't currently be phoned, due to strict Covid Health & Safety working practices. It's Live Chat or Request-a-callback only, both of which are available in Help & Contact during working hours.
