Activ listings manage issue

hi, the active listings is barely working. Its loading blank pages and we cant see any listings. First time it was 2 weeks ago, then from second time load, later issue be mostly and now i always see just blank page

Hi there,

I have been reading issues on ebay pages laoding today, and the possibility of Virgin Media providers casuing issues if Parental Controls are on.

To test this I connected my laptop to my mobile, and loaded the page. Example, I have a shop and need to sort postage, so using my mobile hotspot I click the Get Postage Label and boom, it worked. So i then connected back to my Virgin Hub and the page loads succesfully.

***SMALL WARNING*** I use a Mac and have c onnected to my Mobile Hot Spot before and all of my months data was gone in 5 minutes, as some softrware updates ran in the background when I connected. Best check updates before disconnecting from your home Wifi, you dont want to loose all your data for the month like I did!

This is really annoying, whilst it's a faff connecting to my mobile, then reconnecting to wireless hub, it does help get through this problem.

I have yet to contact Virgin Media as I need to log into my account and remove parental controls, as my children are now adults I guess its not too bad for me, but not acceptable in my mind.

I hope this helps some of you.

It does worry me that the poor sales recently seen may be due to sites not working properly and buyers going elsewhere.
