Delivery procedure to lockers?

Hello,

Could someone please inform me regarding the delivery procedure to lockers. I sent an item to what I assume is a locker, Hermes have delivered the item but the customer is requesting a code to collect the item. Who receives the code and who is responsible for sending the code to the buyer and notifying the buyer that the parcel has been delivered to the locker? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Ebay does not offer locker service, Seems like buyer used click & collect,

you send to Argos or other local store, buyer collects from there, only ebay can provide the collection code.

All info here, make sure you know C&C works as you are opted into it.
